I would like to give thanks to Tom, Phil, Jimmy, Dave and Kate who really spent lots of time working with me to get me through this MCSE certification. I have been working on Laptop units for almost 8 years now and the SERVER part was difficult for me. I did work hard and with the help of you guys, I made it.

Here are a few things that I noticed which were very impressive:
1- Very open atmosphere.
2- Very positive attitude of every person at ETEC.
3- Personal respect to the individuals and personal help to the individual.
4- Teacher stayed with the students until 9.00pm or 10.00pm or as needed.
5- Never heard "NO" from you guys .
6- Excellent knowledge and teaching expertise which helped us learn a lot within a short period of time.
7- The best classrooms including comfortable chairs.
8- Good sitting place (Break room), all-you-can-eat basis - which helped me when I was studying late at night and I always had something to eat. Thanks to Candy who takes care of it every day and bought Lipton tea bags especially for me, upon my request.

ETEC was the right choice for me and I am proud of it. Please keep up the excellent work and keep in touch.

ETEC is a business class training facility. I have worked in the computer industry for over 15 years and was very skeptical about the "Boot camp" training that is being offered these days. I did a lot of investigation on various companies that offered "Boot camp's" before deciding on ETEC
I am glad that I did. Now two weeks later I have completed my MCSE certification. It was important for me not only to get the certification but also to understand and apply the material within my current job responsibility. I have been able to accomplish this and more.
If you want a Business class/level, industry proven instructors with a 1st class training facility then ETEC is the place for you. These instructors are "Navy" tested and will put in the hours it takes for you to understand the material. This curriculum is not for the weak at heart. It requires guts and determination. If you have that then this is the place for you!
I will recommend ETEC to my company as a first rate organization. Thanks ETEC for helping me achieve my goal! Who knows, I may be back for more certifications!

Thank you so much for your hospitality and for sharing your wealth of information with me during boot camp. Leaving Albany with my MCSE was the realization of a dream I've had for a long, long time. I've craved MCSE status for years. I have tried doing it on my own, but I've never been able to dedicate enough time, brainpower and resources to pull it off. I knew that for me, I would have to be isolated and immersed in a classroom before I would ever really be able to do it--but six weeks of classes? Forget it. Now, after two weeks, it's over. I would like to take a moment to express my complete satisfaction with the MCSE boot camp I completed in December. Going in I was a little bit apprehensive, 6 tests in roughly a 2 week time span seemed to be pushing my envelope of learning capacity but the pace set by Tom and Terry was perfect. The classroom environment was 1st rate, the way the students were treated was 1st class, and the knowledge base of the instructors was 2nd to none. I would give the boot camp 2 thumbs up, it was nothing like I had expected but everything I had hoped for. Thank you once again for the opportunity to obtain my MCSE and I am looking forward to coming out again sometime in the future to get additional certifications if and when the training becomes available.

Overall my experience at ETEC could not have been more challenging or rewarding. The instruction was very interactive and each student was given extensive individual teaching. ...The center was one of the best I've ever trained in. It is well lighted, comfortable and roomy. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Terry keeps you well fed and does a great job in keeping your spirits up, while helping you focus on the end results. While it's not a resort, Terry works hard at keeping you happy, whether its home-made muffins in the mornings, to making sure your favorite soda is available in the refrigerator.............The instructors did a great job in making us a team. Excellent learning environment. Course material is dissected and presented so you can really learn. The instructor's command of the course material is evident in the lectures and hands on demonstrations. ...I learned a great deal there and many things were clarified. I've even applied a few back here at the job. But don't kid yourself and be naive about it. You attend a boot camp to prepare for and successfully complete the examinations. If you have that mindset, you will be successful. In short, the people, the amenities and the facilities were all excellent in my book. Every one of my friends and co-workers, that's about ten of us, who have attended have walked away with their MCSE. The whole thing was a 10.

...the training was easy and fun. I was able to pass all of my tests the first time around, which gave me a lot of confidence. The classes taught me much more and faster than anywhere else. The instructor was quick with most answers and would find the correct answer for those that he did not know. There isn't another place that I would go to train for my certification.
