Course Content
- Learn the details of Cisco IPT solutions and the technologies that make those solutions work
- Follow the Cisco PDIO model to learn Cisco IPT, starting with the foundations of IP Telephony, planning and designing a telephony solution, and deploying and troubleshooting Call Manager
- Gain the Knowledge necessary to pass the 3 Cisco IPT specialist certification exams that are required to be come a Cisco IPT Design, Support, and Operations Specialist. These are the necessary IPT requirements for your company’s IP Communications Specialization
- Get extensive hands-on labs to help reinforce the knowledge you gain as well as providing practical skills to complement ones understanding of the IPT technologies
