ETEC'S ENTER AND WIN CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID IN PUERTO RICO, OVERSEAS U.S. MILITARY INSTALLATIONS AND U.S. TERRITORIES AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

ELIGIBILITY: The ETEC’s Enter and Win CONTEST ( “CONTEST”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States (and the District of Columbia ) who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration for, and entry in, this CONTEST with ETEC (“SPONSOR”). You may not enter the CONTEST if you reside in an area where it is prohibited, regulated or taxed (other than any income or withholding taxes that relate to receipt of prizes). Employees, officers and directors of SPONSOR, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, travel and fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, their immediate family members (including spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses)and persons living in their same household are not eligible to participate in the CONTEST. Void in Puerto Rico , overseas U.S. Military Installations and U.S. Territories and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

REGISTRATION: Eligible entrants must register ( “REGISTER”) for the CONTEST prior to participating in any CONTEST. Registration is free. To REGISTER, visit the SPONSOR website and complete all required entry information set forth on the registration form. You will be asked, among other things, to provide your name, email address and mailing address with zip code and phone number. You must review these CONTEST Official Rules prior to entering this CONTEST. By Registering, or by otherwise being deemed Registered, for the CONTEST, you accept all the terms and conditions of the CONTEST including, without limitation, the CONTEST Official Rules. If you attempt to use someone else's Registration or REGISTER more than once under different identities using different information, email addresses or passwords, SPONSOR may disqualify you from all Contests, current and future.

DESCRIPTION OF CONTEST: There shall be one CONTEST every month in 2006 for a free class. This drawing is for tuition only and does not include exam fees, hotel fees, food costs, airfare or books. The drawing will be held on May 31st, 2006. Each CONTEST begins at 12:01 a.m. (ET) on the first day of the applicable calendar month (for example: May 1) and ends at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on the last day of the applicable calendar month (for example: May 31) (“ELIGIBLE REGISTRATION PERIOD”), and to be eligible for a monthly CONTEST, an entrant must be timely and properly Registered during that monthly CONTEST's ELIGIBLE REGISTRATION PERIOD. The winner of a monthly CONTEST will be notified by e-mail or telephone, and an announcement of the winner will be posted on SPONSOR's website on or before the 5th calendar day after the end of the applicable ELIGIBLE REGISTRATION PERIOD along with a photo of the winner that must be provided by the winner.

HOW TO ENTER THE DRAWING: To enter, submit a timely and properly completed registration form as found on SPONSOR's website. All persons who, during an ELIGIBLE REGISTRATION PERIOD, registers for any of SPONSOR's seminars shall be deemed to have automatically timely and properly Registered as of the date of such seminar registration for the applicable monthly CONTEST for such ELIGIBLE REGISTRATION PERIOD. Except as provided herein, no automatically generated entries will be accepted. A person (or a household or an e-mail address) can only enter or REGISTER once per monthly CONTEST and is not be eligible to win more than one monthly CONTEST.

SPONSOR is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operations or transmission; theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, computer transmissions or for technical telephone equipment, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions of any kind; or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof.

All entries submitted are final and become the property of SPONSOR. Submitted materials will not be returned. SPONSOR is not responsible for the loss or damage of any entry. An entry acknowledges the right of SPONSOR to use it for exhibition, electronic dissemination, online promotion for SPONSOR and publication on SPONSOR's website.

RANDOM DRAWING/WINNER SELECTION: A monthly random drawing for the free class will be conducted within five (5) calendar days following the end of each ELIGIBLE REGISTRATION PERIOD. One or more SPONSOR judges will select the winning entry at random from among all eligible entries timely and properly received for the applicable monthly CONTEST. SPONSOR shall, within its sole and absolute discretion, select the judge or judges for each monthly CONTEST. The decision of the judge(s) will be final and binding. The CONTEST will be held under the supervision of SPONSOR, whose decisions, made in its sole and absolute discretion, are final and binding. Odds of winning in any monthly CONTEST depend on the total number of eligible entries for that CONTEST.

Winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone within fourteen (14) calendar days following the end of the ELIGIBLE REGISTRATION PERIOD for the applicable monthly CONTEST. Any prize notification that is unable to be delivered or completed or is returned to SPONSOR as undeliverable for any reason will result in such potential winner being disqualified and the prize being awarded to an alternate potential winner selected at random. Limit one monthly prize per person or per household or per e-mail address. SPONSOR shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. Unless prohibited by law, winners, if so requested by SPONSOR, in its sole and absolute discretion, may also be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, a release of liability and a publicity release within ten (10) days following the end of eligible registration period. By accepting and/or using a prize, each winner agrees to authorize and allow SPONSOR the identification, disclosure and use by SPONSOR of his/her name, address, biographical information, screen name, voice and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade or promotion in any media worldwide, online or otherwise, without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

To claim a prize, a winner must carefully follow the instructions found in the Winner Notification Email, which the winner will receive from SPONSOR shortly after being selected as a potential CONTEST prize winner.

Failure to comply with any of the above requirements may result in disqualification of the CONTEST winner and selection of an alternate winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The CONTEST is governed by these Official Rules, which are subject to change without notice in the sole and absolute discretion of SPONSOR. SPONSOR will use reasonable efforts to keep participants informed about changes in these Official Rules; please check this space regularly for any changes. By entering, participants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of SPONSOR, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this CONTEST. The CONTEST is governed by the internal laws of the State of Texas . All disputes, claims and causes of action (if any), if not resolved by the parties, shall be resolved exclusively by litigation in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas or the applicable Texas State Court located in Harris County, Texas, and SPONSOR and all entrants hereby waive any objection to jurisdiction and/or venue and submit to the jurisdiction of such court(s). By entering this CONTEST, participants release and hold harmless SPONSOR, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives, legal advisors and their respective successors and assigns from and against any and all liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation (or inability to participate) in this CONTEST and/or the receipt or acceptance and/or use of (or inability to use) any prize, and participants acknowledge that SPONSOR has neither made nor is in any way responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, related to the prizes. By participating in this CONTEST, you may periodically receive announcements from SPONSOR. If you do not wish to receive these announcements you may indicate such on the Registration form or as otherwise provided by SPONSOR. SPONSOR shall not be responsible for and shall have no liability to any person with respect to any advertising materials of third parties appearing on SPONSOR's website or on any other site to which any person may link to from the SPONSOR website. If any term or provision of these Official Rules is prohibited by applicable law, that term or provision shall be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition and/or shall be modified to conform with such applicable law, without invalidating the remaining terms and provisions hereof.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Unless prohibited by law, SPONSOR is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the CONTEST; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the CONTEST or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the CONTEST.

INTERNET: If for any reason the Internet portion of the CONTEST is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs and/or tampering; to unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of SPONSOR that corrupt or affect the administration, security fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this CONTEST, SPONSOR reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the CONTEST. In such event, the winner will be selected from all eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation, termination or suspension.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE SPONSOR'S WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SPONSOR'S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OR PROVISION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THAT TERM OR PROVISION.

WINNER'S LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: The names of the winners, as well as these Official Rules, will be posted on SPONSOR's website as soon as practicable. Participants may also inquire about the names of the winners by sending an e-mail to sales@etecenter.com.
